Christoph got his passion for cooking from his grandmothers.
He is a fan of simple Italian, Bavarian and Viennese cuisine. He can not only show you how to create dishes together as a team that can be easily integrated into everyday working life, but also make you aware of group dynamics and healthy communication culture.
He gained his professional cooking experience in gourmet catering such as Amon Delicious Catering, Schwarzer Hirsch & Vienna Food Affairs. He served as a breakfast chef at the Hotel Steigenberger and Intercontinental. As an assistant chef for Easystaff Gastro Services he worked already at Palais Ferstel, also known as Cafe Central in the 1st district of the city. He served food to the VIPs of the soccer club Vienna First FC, Rapid Wien in the stadium as well as in Linz the players of Lask Linz.
